This is just a taster showing extracts from 3 different sections of the 'Max Your Wine Sales' trade course. These include:
- The grape varieties interaction.
- A video clip showing how to and how not to open sparkling wine.
- An example of one of the food and wine matching exercises.
The sections in the 'Max Your Wine Knowledge' consumer course are similar but you'll find a whole module on food and wine matching with lots more information and interaction.
Both courses are available on CD-ROM or as a download.
If you have a broadband connection the 'Max Your Wine Knowledge' consumer course will take approximately 5 minutes to download, depending on the speed of your connection.
The 'Max Your Wine Sales' trade course can take up to 20 minutes to download because there are so many more video clips showing wine service. So if you don’t have a broadband connection we would recommend that you purchase the CD-ROM.
